Event Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
- “Organiser” refers to Accountants Therapy Ltd.
- “Event” refers to any workshop, course, seminar, webinar, or retreat run by the Organiser.
- “Participant” refers to the person attending or purchasing a ticket for the Event.
- “Booking” refers to a confirmed registration made via Ko-fi.com.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 All Event bookings must be made via the Organiser’s official website, ticketing platform, or as agreed in writing.
2.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
2.3 All prices are stated in GBP.
2.4 A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Participants may cancel their booking in writing up to 30 days before the Event for a full refund, minus any processing fees.
3.2 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the Event.
3.3 If the Organiser cancels or reschedules an Event, Participants will be offered the option of a full refund or transfer to a future Event.
3.4 The Organiser is not liable for any costs incurred by Participants due to cancellation, including travel or accommodation.
4. Transfer of Bookings
4.1 Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed in writing by the Organiser at least 48 hours before the Event.
4.2 Substitutions may be accepted with prior approval.
5. Event Content and Materials
5.1 All content provided during the Event is for educational purposes only and should not be considered legal, medical, or financial advice.
5.2 The Organiser retains all intellectual property rights in materials provided. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share Event content without written permission.
6. Participant Conduct
6.1 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any Participant behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.
6.2 By attending, Participants agree to act respectfully and professionally.
7. Health and Wellbeing Disclaimer
7.1 Accountants Therapy provides mental health and wellbeing support. Participation in Events does not constitute therapy or medical treatment.
7.2 If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, you are encouraged to seek help from a qualified healthcare provider or emergency services.
8. Liability
8.1 The Organiser is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the Event.
8.2 The Organiser accepts no liability for losses resulting from reliance on any information provided at the Event.
9. Data Protection
9.1 The Organiser collects and processes personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
9.2 By booking, Participants consent to the Organiser using their details for Event administration and marketing communications. You may opt out at any time.
10. Photography and Recordings
Events may be recorded or photographed. By attending, Participants consent to their image and/or voice being used in promotional materials unless they opt out in writing before the Event.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
