Robyn Milstead – Director and founder of Accountants Therapy
Robyn is a Chartered Tax Adviser and Tax Director of LKA Chartered accountants in Surrey. She has spent her career focusing on personal tax compliance (the easy bit of tax, right?) and really enjoys a good spreadsheet .
Robyn founded Accountants Therapy when she got angry 😡 on a webinar and needed a place to ask ‘am I going crazy 🤪?’. You can read more about our beginnings in the Our Story section.
Career Highlights:
- Winning the Tolley’s taxation award for best single office tax practice in 2022
- Being the first person to test TaxCalc’s Quarterly Filer for MTD
- That time someone pointed to the MTD Therapy’s Instagram and asked ‘is that you?!’
In her spare time Robyn can be found in the gym lifting something heavy(ish) or at home baking with her daughter.
Tom Bickle – Director of Accountants Therapy
Tom Bickle is an experienced accountant and the founder of JP Blackmoor based in the Southwest.
When he’s not talking his clients through their business and doing a fabulous job of transforming their processes, Tom is to be found with his young family or watching sport 🏉 (even if it’s on late at night/early morning).
He’s made himself a right nuisance to HMRC with monthly Freedom of Information requests (good work!) and he’s known as the Accountant’s Therapy ‘Dad’ because he’s always there to nurture and cheer on our members.

- Having the best beard in the industry and
- Convincing most of the group that ‘Devon is Heaven’
Our admin team
Nick Paddenburg
Nick is a Tax Partner who actually enjoys sorting out people’s tax messes (don’t judge him). When he’s not talking all things MTD, he’s usually in the gym 💪, on a rugby 🏉 pitch or getting far too competitive about sports.
Nick joined Accountants Therapy because he likes helping people before they panic and loves ❤️ the community vibe.
Hannah Miller
Hannah is both a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Adviser who has been running her own practice, Chipperfield Accounting Ltd in Herfordshire since 2013.
Hannah launched her in as an Admin for Accountants Therapy in June 2025 and loves ❤️ to meet other members in person.
Ayub Dosani (AJ)
AJ runs Ace Accountants in South London. In his spare time he loves playing and following football ⚽️ as well as playing padel and tennis 🎾. AJ loves Accountants Therapy for the community learning and collaboration initially around MTD, but as time 🕰️ has gone on for so much more than that.
Sarah Sallis
Sarah is an Accountant with decades of experience, answering questions 🙋♀️ already answered forever. She says: “I only offered to help approve a few joining requests?!” Sarah spends her very little spare time baking 🥮 and wondering how this escalated.
